Introduction
Nu Flow (www.nuflow.be) specialises in repairing drains and pipes without breaking. Its sister company MD sanitary ware (www.mdsanitair.be; www.zorgbadkamers.be) is a niche company active in the complete renovation of bathrooms throughout Flanders. These companies are located at the same location in Harelbeke (South-West Flanders). Thanks to their efficiency, fast quotation processing, very clear customer agreements and excellent aftercare, both companies continue to grow strongly. As a result, we are looking for an additional colleague for the inside sales department:
 Project monitoring employee
Function
Purpose: You will support the external sales and site managers with various administrative tasks, benefiting work efficiency and customer satisfaction. After thorough familiarisation, you will be mainly assigned to the French-speaking market.
This includes:
- You will keep file and quotation preparation up-to-date and also follow up on reports and camera surveys.
- You perform input work around the hour of site assignments performed by the technicians.
- You will work closely with project management on schedule changes by actively communicating with customers.
- You perform post-calculation of files.
- Due to rapid growth in French-speaking Belgium, your responsibilities may expand further e.g. with active planning, as well as direct management of technicians.
Job requirements
- You are organised.
- You have sufficient technical insight and affinity with the construction sector (plumbing, installation...).
- You are sufficiently commercially minded (frequent customer contact).
- You are an experienced Ms Office user.
- You have a very good knowledge of French.
