Nu Flow (www.nuflow.be) operates in technical services within the construction industry, with a strong focus on efficiency and customer orientation. From our offices in Harelbeke we coordinate diverse projects - from repairs without demolition to complete renovations. To support our continued growth, we are looking for an additional colleague for a key role within the company: Right-hand-manager (Hands-on Operations Manager)
Function
You are the driving force behind the day-to-day organisation and the link between technicians, clients and the two directors. You will ensure that projects run smoothly and to a high standard and actively contribute to the growth of the company. About 90% of your time will be spent on project follow-up in the office; the remaining 10% you will visit the sites. Specifically, this includes:

You will prepare and closely follow the work schedule for our technicians.

You monitor the deadlines and quality of ongoing construction sites.

You will be the point of contact for customers on queries and follow-up.

You coordinate stock management and material orders.

You visit sites to check the quality and evolution of the technicians.

You resolve any problem situations on site in consultation with the customer.
Profile

You speak Dutch at professional level; knowledge of French is a plus.

You have experience with technical projects in the construction sector and can read and interpret technical plans.

You have knowledge of ERP and CRM systems and are familiar with process optimisation.
