Step 1
Diagnosis and set-up repair pipe without breaking
- The pipelines are checked for cleanliness.
- Where necessary, we repair connecting and fixing pieces.
- During the repair process, valves are removed and temporarily replaced by connecting and coupling pieces.
- Any remaining water is extracted from the pipe.
- We test for leaks by pumping air into the pipe system.
- If necessary, temporary bypass lines will be installed.
Step 2
Pipe cleaning
- The pipe system is dried with heated high air pressure.
- Using conditioned hot air, we introduce a non-toxic abrasive. This agent removes all rust and corrosion particles.
- The removed corrosion material is collected in a collection unit.
- Again, fine air is blown through the tubes to remove residual waste and fine dust.
Step 3
Applying inner layer in pipeline
- The cleaned pipe system is first reheated. In this way, we create an optimal internal surface environment surface environment (or another word).
- High pressure is used to test again for leaks.
- Using hot water air flow, we apply a drinking water-safe epoxy coating.
- After applying an epoxy coating, controlled air is still continuously sent through the pipe system to promote the hardening of the epoxy.
Step 4
Weather composition of the system and evaluation
- Once the epoxy layer hardens, all valves and connectors are reassembled in their original positions.
- We again test extensively for leaks and carry out a general check.
- Water, volume and flow are tested.
